When did you start you career at Sopra Steria?
I joined Sopra Steria Switzerland in 2021, and since then, I have been living in Switzerland. I moved from Germany for this position.
What is important to you when it comes to developing your career at Sopra Steria?
Having an employer who considers my desires and requirements, as well as collaboratively explores fresh opportunities for growth, has been crucial in my career development at Sopra Steria. Having the chance to engage in regular training and further my education was also a significant factor for me. At Sopra Steria, I feel genuinely valued and my aspirations are considered. I can confidently say that I communicate my ambitions, and now I am preparing for my next major challenge with Sopra Steria.
Which aspect of your job do you particularly enjoy and why?
In my current position, I value a trustful environment. I enjoy working on exciting projects and my colleagues trust in me, allowing me to independently advance certain topics. I don`t feel controlled, and thoughts are not inhibited, which is important for long term personal development.
What does Freedom mean to you?
Freedom in today`s world means being able to independently drive my own initiatives without feeling the need for constant monitoring and being able to arrange my own working hours in order to establish a healthy work-life-balance.
