How has your career developed?
Typically for Switzerland, I did an apprenticeship as an electrician. I was working in my domain, but after a couple of years I realized, I would like to change my career direction. While working in my initial field, I attended evening school and studied Information Technology. Even before I graduated, I was hired as a Junior Software Developer by Sopra Steria.
You started in a completely new function, how was it?
It was a big opportunity for me to finish my further education and to be trained on the job. I was able to gather a lot of experience and develop professional skills. Internal trainings, my colleagues and them management supported my career path. I was able to bring my knowledge into action.
