Simon, what is your background?
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Information in 2017. After that, I started as a Junior Consultant in Banking and Insurance industries. Shortly after I was hired, I worked on my first project for a bank in Liechtenstein. During my work experience I combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience.

The group actively cultivates its international relations. Therefore, I was able to work on various projects in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Business needs vary from client to client and from industry to industry. Recognizing and understanding the business needs in combination with a variety of technical know-how are key factors for me. I really enjoy the project-oriented approach. When we go live with our application and the client is happy with the solution we deliver, I am perfectly satisfied. I also improve my skills in different areas, be it as a business analyst, writing technical concepts or as a software workflow engineer on the technical side. We are constantly educating ourselves to further progress our careers.
How is the relationship with your team?
We have a multicultural team consisting of project managers and software developers from juniors to many years of experience. When challenges arise, we can always rely on each other and there is a trusting working atmosphere. I also like the fact that we meet regularly outside of the daily business. We organise different activities like ski weekends or sailing trips. In my opinion, we have a professional yet familiar environment.
