This process takes place on an annual basis and includes key moments for a precise evaluation of your skills and performance: mission assessments, annual interviews, HR committees, feedback interviews and HR follow-up.
We also have a dedicated training centre, "Sopra Steria Academy", which enables us to build a personalised training program for you.
